As Deputy Associate Director for International Affairs, Mr. Bent is responsible for reviewing budget and management policy for the State Department, the Agency for International Development and other international programs. He has worked at OMB for 20 years. Prior to joining OMB, he worked at Bankers Trust Company and the US Treasury Department. He has an MBA from Cornell University and an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
