Jesica Elizabeth Seacor, J.D., M.B.A., is currently Assistant Director of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Washington, DC office, responsible for legal, political and research relationships with the U. Since February 2005, Jesica has been with the ILO's Washington Office following a secondment to the World Bank's Office of External Affairs. She is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.A. in American Studies), American University (J.D. in International and Environmental Law and editor-in-chief, Journal of International Law and Policy) and the University of Chicago (M. B. A.) Her publications include "Learning on the Job" in The Economist, Intelligent Life, Summer 2005 and "Environmental Terrorism: Lessons from the Oil Fires of Kuwait" in The American University Journal of Internationl Law and Policy. |
