The registration form for the 45th Annual Conference is available at this web site. The FULL PROGRAM fee includes the Sunday evening Welcome Reception with cash bar; Monday Sessions with Luncheon and the evening President's Dinner; and Tuesday Sessions with Luncheon/Business Meeting. A Monday-Only option and a Tuesday-Only option are available if you do not wish to attend the full session (see registration form). Individual meals may be reserved for your guests.
Please return your registration form as soon as possible, but no later than May 16, 2009 to facilitate planning. Hotel catering asks for a meal count in advance, so it creates added expenses for AIARD if we do not plan correctly.
If it is necessary to send your registration through organizational channels to have a check issued, please fax a copy of the registration form to us or register on line so that we can tentatively register you with knowledge that your payment is forthcoming. The fax number is 662-325-8777.

The Association's fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30 of the following year. The membership fee for 7/1/09 - 6/30/10 is included in your conference registration for the 45th Annual Conference. If you wish to join but cannot attend the conference, please complete the registration form and mail it according to instructions and include your check for $50.00 (or $20.00 for student membership). All checks should clearly indicate the member's name. Paid AIARD members receive all mailings, regular e-mail via the AIARD listserv, organization publications and excellent networking opportunities. The fiscal year will run from 7/1/09 through 6/30/10.
