Devry Seanna Boughner joined Cargill in September 2004 as Director of International Business Relations, in Washington, D.C. Boughner is responsible for Cargill's Asia-Pacific Affairs in Washington and oversees Cargill's Global Agriculture, Trade, and Development Policy. Prior to joining Cargill, Boughner worked at the U.S. International Trade Commission from 1999-2004 in the Office of Industries and as Economic Advisor to the Chairman of the Commission. Boughner also served as Senior Economist in the Office of Agricultural Affairs at the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
