AAIARD, an organization whose members devote their careers to alleviating global hunger and poverty through international agricultural development, is pleased to invite you to join us, and many other co-sponsors, at this year's Capitol Hill Forum:

A Dialogue: Advancing Agricultural Development and
Addressing the Global Food Crisis - Present and Future

This year's Forum is occurring at a critical time. As a result of the world food crisis, coupled with the impacts of the global economic crisis, nearly one billion people are hungry. As you will see from the program, the Forum will include an overview of the issues, as well as interactive discussion with experts representing a think tank, government, international organizations, and private industry. We urge you to come with questions as there will also be time for discussion with the audience. You will want to bring plenty of business cards for networking.

Lunch is provided. We expect a standing room only crowd, so register early.
