The Holiday Inn Capitol will again be the conference headquarters. Located at 550 C Street SW, it is convenient to Capitol Hill, government offices, and other international development organizations. We have made arrangements for you to receive government rates if you make your reservation by the deadline of May 5, 2010. A block of rooms will be held for us at the single/double rate of $239.00 plus tax. The hotel prefers that you book your room online.
