The Membership Committee works to build membership. It does so by engaging a wide and diverse array of university faculty, students, private sector representatives, government staff, NGO and international development sector colleagues and others who are interested in international agriculture and rural development to join the Association.
AIARD is actively welcoming new individual and corporate members! Our long-term goal is to fully implement an “each one bring one” campaign and double the AIARD membership!
In addition to several new individual members, we welcomed twelve young participants from our Future Leaders Forum to the ranks in 2013, as well as speakers at our 49th Annual Conference, who received a one-year complimentary membership.
AIARD members are professionals from universities, private voluntary organizations, consulting companies, trade associations, private firms, national and international agencies and foundations from almost every state in the union and overseas who have devoted their careers to global agricultural development and hunger alleviation.

We are always eager to have new members. Please join us in the challenge of fighting global hunger and poverty through agricultural development and invite at least one of your favorite colleagues from your institution to join us as well.
