Mr. Schickler has been responsible for Pioneer Hi-Bred International operations in Latin America and Africa since 1999. He joined Pioneer Hi-Bred International in 1974 and has worked in increasingly responsible financial and administrative roles since then. Mr. Schickler received BS and MBA degrees from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa.
